Going so well, then relapsing into old habbits
It’s strange, I’ve never really loved health as much as I did in the last year and a half – 2010 and 2011 ~
I’ve been growing in my health choices through my life… My parents have always been healthy, and then after finding out about the horrors of factory farming in Australia and USA, etc. I became a vegetarian, slowly, starting in about 2008, then getting into exercise more, not eating processed foods etc.
But then slowly, like a wedge, I started dropping off and going backwards fast…
Maybe in many ways I lost the motivation I had before.
What things have you noticed keep you motivated to keep going towards your goals?
I’ll keep working on it and aiming to live life to the full ~
